New Orleans

These pictures are from back in March when a few friends and I went down to New Orleans after Mardi Gras - it had to be after as I'm not a big fan of crowds. It was my first organized road trip and so much fun! We stayed in the French Quarter, which made me happy for obvious reasons, and explored the city for a few days.

When I first got those shoes, probably five or so years ago, I couldn't even walk in them. Now, though, I've managed to master it and who can resist such Victorian splendor?
