Creek Climbing

Outfit Details:
Jacket & Shirt: Forever21
Shorts & Boots & Bracelet: Ebay
Tights & Socks: Target
Necklace & Earrings: Modcloth

I love this outfit. It composes many features that I have long loved: high waists, warm colors, and combat boots. Of course, I found a great spot to take the pictures as well because my outfit photos must have a beautiful background.

Snow Edged Beaches

Outfit Details:
Dress & Leggings & Scarf & Coat: TJmaxx
Sweater & Boots: Target
My Very Own Hyperbole Necklace: Modcloth
Weeping Angels Ring: Hottopic

I had wanted photos of snow or rather photos with snow as the background. It never happened. I was always a day too late, and the snow would turn a shade too grey or melted far too much. Eventually, I gave up waiting for the perfect, fluffy snow background. I still think it's pretty.

Red Leaves and Harbor Views

Outfit Details:
Sweater: TJmaxx
Shirt: Forever21
Pants: Target
Scarf: Paris
Boots: Ebay
Ring: Vintage

Fall is a beautiful time of year when bright colors and crunching leaves play in the roads and sidewalks all around. Boats are wrapped to prepare for winter's cold breath, and the streets begin to thin out. This was one of the last true fall days we had in the midst of early November. I'd say I miss autumn, but I find myself admiring every season more and more - perhaps it is just nature in itself I admire.

Outfits like these have become a staple of mine, easy to pull together in a moment and weather appropriate for whatever the season is kicking at my door. I find they are the best for adventures - and that, of course, is the best kind of clothing: the adventure kind!

The Rainy Harbor

Outfit Details:
Sweater: second hand
Scarf: Paris
Shirt & Jeans: TJmaxx
Boots: Ebay
Purse & Umbrella: Target
Ring: Vintage
Earrings: Gift

My weekends send me off to my favorite bakery for my chocolate croissants. On the best weather days, obviously even on the muggy ones, I enjoy them in the park. The bakery has closed for the winter, but I can still sit back and recall their deliciousness.

I love so much about these pictures: from my umbrella to my sweater to the fog embracing the harbor. This sweater was rescued from the lost and found at the inn I worked at this summer after a guest declined to have it shipped back. I swiped it up. I had been eyeing it since the moment it showed up. Here's to the little things.
